The Sandman Hotel was completed by GGD Electrical Inc. in 2018, along with Moxies and Denny's. Various pieces of equipment and switchgear installed.

The Score Headquarters was in many developmental stages with GGD Electrical Inc. following alongside, some spaces used for storage, others for offices, and a machine room with various equipment for "valve and emissions management, gas turbines, surface technologies, energy, and more."

Numerous wharf jobs completed with RJG Construction Ltd. installed pedestals, jib cranes, switchgear, and various pieces of equipment.Â
Service & Panel Upgrade
Electrical was found with multiple code violations and safety hazards including unsafe generator hookup. Service upgrade performed and proper generator panel was installed.
Along with service and panel upgrade the house was updated and all electrical life safety was brought up to date.
Service & Panel Upgrade
Upgraded an outdated 100A service with fuse panel to a modern 200A breaker panel to handle more circuits and provide safer function and ease of use. The customer now has improved reliability and future capacity.
